Who.Is.Phate?
My name is Justin Brooks, I am 19 years of age, and I am currently attending the University of Arizona. As of right now, I have plans to be a computer science major, with a minor in graphic design.
What.Can.Phate.Do?
At school, and on my own, I have taken a strong liking towards graphic design. I have been creating artwork in Photoshop for a few years now, websites in Dreamweaver (and notepad) for about four years, and flash animations for about two years.
